Since its inception in 1931, the Reverso has been a symbol of timeless elegance and sophistication. Originally designed for polo players, its rectangular case and slide-and-swivel mechanism were ideal for protecting the watch from the rigors of the sport. Over the years, the Reverso has become much more than just a watch for polo players. It has become an icon in the world of watchmaking, appreciated for its clean symmetry and distinctive style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reverso Tribute Small Seconds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Reverso Tribute Small Seconds is a contemporary interpretation of this classic, featuring sunbrushed dial variations that create a beautiful contrast with the clean symmetry of the Reverso design. Overall, Jaeger-LeCoultre has launched four new models. In addition to a stainless steel variant with a subtle silvered opaline dial<\/a> and contrasting black hands and indexes, there are three timepieces with a pink cold case. They come in burgundy<\/a>, black<\/a> and silver<\/a> color variants. For this novelty, the manually wound calibre 822 was chosen by Jaeger-LeCoultre<\/a>. The movement was entirely designed, produced, and assembled in-house. What fascinates us about the calibre 822 is its uncommon rectangular shape that allows it to fit perfectly into the Reverso case. With elegant simplicity, hours and minutes are indicated by dauphine hands, while on the lower half of the dial, the circular track of the small seconds display - a pure expression of its mechanical movement - provides a counterpoint to the linear geometry of the dial and case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
